Office of the Social Worker

Mrs. Débora Acevedo is educated and licensed as a Social Worker & Counselor. She has dedicated her expertise to educational institutions since 2007. The services available from her office are designed to support the emotional, social, and family to enable the full development of our students. These include:

• Individual or group socio-therapeutic intervention in students, from a biopsychosocial model with a spiritual perspective

• Intervention in crisis management

• Interagency coordination

• Orientations to parents, students and school staff

• Referrals to psychological and psychiatric services, as well as the Academy Support Team 

• Conflict mediation

• Consulting and support to school principal, teaching staff, parents and the community
