Community Service
We believe that the Christian life should be one marked by service to others, as modeled by our Lord, Jesus Christ. In this spirit, Community Service is a requirement for graduation. Throughout high school, students will accumulate at least 40 hours of serving disadvantaged populations or sectors like orphans, widows, the poor, elderly, environment, animals and sustainability projects. Through community service, students learn about the reality of the world around them and how blessed they are, as well as instills in them a love of giving in hopes that it becomes their way of life.
“Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress…” James 1:27
