Wesleyan Academy is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association of Christian Schools International.

We are licensed by the Consejo de Educación de Puerto Rico (Education Council of Puerto Rico) and hold memberships in the following associations: Association of Christian Schools International, Caribbean Association of Independent Schools, National Honor Society, Puerto Rico High School Athletic Alliance, National Association of Secondary School Principals, Asociación de Escuelas Privadas de Puerto Rico (Private Schools Association of Puerto Rico), Caribbean Counselors Association, and Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA).
